In collaboration with PARK and CrossIron Mills to celebrate Earth Day was the lanch of Eco Hub, a re-imagined sustainable art experience. My contribution to the project was the interior of the structure which featured an artwork utilizing 1800 recycled cans, meticulously painted in eight vibrant colours, and arranged to create two distinct images. As you step inside the structure, you will find yourself surrounded by two unique designs.

A central element of the installation is a mirror placed between two halves of the planet Earth. This invites you to see yourself within the artwork and to view the creation behind you, adding an extra dimension of meaning. The mirror encourages you to reflect on your connection to the Earth and to consider your role within the larger ecosystem.

On the opposite side of the installation, the layers of the Earth are depicted, culminating in a heart at the core. This symbolizes the interconnectedness of all life and underscores the importance of nurturing our planet.

My goal with this piece is to offer you a moment of contemplation on the beauty and fragility of our world. Through this immersive experience, I hope to inspire a collective effort towards a sustainable future and a deeper appreciation for our precious Earth.
